Meet the Biggs Fam....

My family decided we should all get together for a quick vacation this summer.  Brent is never able to go on vacations with us. He blames it on baseball, shocker.  My mom decided to let him pick the destination...Chicago it was! Why you ask? To watch baseball, duh. No worries though, we are going on vacation in February to Hawaii and he can't join....sorry bud:)  Our first stop was Wrigley Field to take in the atmosphere and enjoy some brewskis!

Calling all Captains!

If you've never heard the Chicago Cub's team/victory song you should listen. I have to admit it's pretty catchy! Go Cubs Go! Or... you can hang out with my brother and he will sing it for you. But not only will he sing it, he will also make you participate in a little finish-this-tune action. The ENTIRE day I had to randomly do this...are you kidding me?

Chicago fans take this shit serious! My first thought was surely he's single....but perhaps his wife was already at work when he decided to dress himself....

And....another day of baseball was soon to follow! Craig/Dad Dude was throwing them back like no other, but hey...he had a great time! Such a great time that when we decided to hit up Navy Pier..... he fell  lost his balance when getting out of the cab.

Amanda was set on riding the ferris wheel at the Pier. Don't EVER do it. It seriously took us 10 minutes to go around once. Surely they were just trying to fill all the seats for the "real" ride, right?  We get to the bottom and to our surprise that was it.....what? seriously? Ripoff! Good thing we decided to take a picture out of complete boredom.

After too many hours of watching baseball, several hotel bar 'happy hours', and my sister winning in bowling at Lucky Strike, we finally hit up the Signature Room on the 95th floor of the John Hancock building.  It overlooks Chicago, and shockingly, the best view is from the women's restroom....how odd.
